The Martin Chronicles team has just finished checking the polling places in Villa Hills. Despite all the "shuck and jive" by Mayor Mike Martin and Councilmen Mike Pope and Jim Noll over the last several weeks, voters rejected their road tax proposal by a landslide margin exceeding 70% to 30%.
