Why Not Disband EVERYTHING?

The Martin Chronicles has never panicked and we don't plan to start now. But the remaining residents of Villa Hills who possess functioning frontal lobes may want to stay pretty close to their panic buttons. Why? Because meatheaded Mayor Mike Martin is rushing headlong towards disbanding the troubled town's police department and contracting with some (any) other agency for inferior service.

How is Martin trying to sell this crazy move? He says he plans to "save a whole bunch of money". What's the point? Who believes that nonsense (with the exception of the civic club ass clowns)? All Shorty has done is raise every one's taxes. Any money "saved" will just be funnelled to the vile ancient crocodile Councilman Mary Koenig to waste on mudjacking. This whole scam is a joke without a punch line.

Villa Hills was literally once a shining city on a hill. Its residents represented the best in education and income levels. Not any more. The demographic decline has been noticeable and now best exemplified by the election of The Nitwit From Norwood to mismanage Villa Hills right into the ground.

Is it too late? Has Villa Hills become a city that is no longer capable of providing even the most basic services to its residents? Can we no longer protect ourselves?

If the answers are "yes, it is too late", "No, we are no longer able to provide the most basic of services" and "No, we cannot protect ourselves any longer" then something other than the moronic Martin and the six council members should be on the 2014 ballot.

It will be time for the voters to endorse the unincorporation of Villa Hills. Don't just disband the police department. Disband the entire City government. What will we be paying for at that point? Why have some chowderhead like Martin raising our taxes and providing nothing for the money he is taking? Let Kenton Kounty Boss Steve Barfinghaus provide police and fire protection, maintain the streets and plow the snow.

Because we will have decided that we are no longer able to take care of ourselves.
