Several sources confirm that legal documents for the many, many, many, many, many lawsuits against the taxpayers the meatheaded Martin has generated through his misconduct and mismanagement are no longer being forwarded to the departing Duncan. They are being given to Winters. A clear sign that he may be Martin's new City Attorney. Or, as a few speculate, one of two or three City Attorneys Martin hires. What the heck? It's only YOUR money.
