Martin's flagrant disrespect for all of the residents who simply asked for the opportunity to express their concerns for his SECRET plans to disband the police department is unforgivable. Yes, Martin is STUPID. But with all the respect we can muster-and it ain't much-he is a very, very BAD guy as well.
Speaking of STUPID, Martin actually told WCPO that his SECRET plan to disband the police department is not "a public safety issue". Huh? Seriously? So then what the f*&% is it? Yes, Martin is an IDIOT. But, c'mon man!
Fortunately for the city-we think-Martin's SECRET plans were revealed before he could ram them through. Here is his original plan. STEP ONE: Cue up the first readings to disband the police department and contract with another agency for (LESS SAFE) coverage during his monthly SECRET meetings. STEP TWO: Ram through the votes at the monthly NON-SECRET meeting just a few days later. STEP THREE: Paper over the whole sordid mess by repeating over and over and over and over and over again that he is "saving money". Then let the pillaging and plundering begin.
