BREAKING NEWS: More Koenig Hatred

The Martin Chronicles has frequently warned friend and foe alike of the dangers of the social networks. Once something is posted, it is always available. With less than four weeks remaining before the voting begins in malfeasant Mayor Mike Martin's Villa Hills, the social networks have provided an illuminating gift to the residents as they ponder what kind of people they want running their city government beginning on January 1, 2015.

The following odd, little exchange occurred on Facebook shortly after a taxpayer-funded kangaroo court railroaded former Police Chief Dan Goodenough out of his twenty-seven year career serving the people of Villa Hills.

Donna Clark to Mary Koenig (March 25): Congratulations. Saw on FB that Chief is gone. Is that the last one? Maybe the city can get back to the rights of the residents again. Hope all is well with you and thanks for always being there for me when I needed it. The city is blessed to have you.

Mary Koenig to Donna Clark (March 26 at 8:28 am): Thanks...lunch?

For The Martin Chronicles, some important things come to mind after reading that odd exchange:
  • We have always known that the driving force for Martin has been his pent-up anger and hatred resulting from his judicially-justified 2007 FORGERY ARREST. The preceding Facebook exchange clearly demonstrates that Koenig and Clark's pent-up anger and hatred has lasted far longer, nearly fifteen years to be exact.
  • We are struck by Koenig's lack of regard for the twenty-seven years Dan Goodenough gave the residents of Villa Hills. The first thing Koenig thinks of is lunch?!? Dreadful. We wonder if all of the people who Dan Goodenough helped over the years at River Ridge Elementary, Villa Madonna Academy, through the D.A.R.E. Program, with his baby-sitting classes, the Bicycle Rodeo, Americans Serving Americans, in times of tragedy and in times of joy and in so many other selfless ways share Koenig's indifference to the mindless destruction of a fine career?
  • Does the city want more people who think like Martin and Koenig? If not, the voters better think twice about voting for Martin and Koenig's hand-picked ticket of Summer Berger, Jennifer Yost-Vaden, Brian Wischer and Dave Hilgeford.
November 4 is going to tell us a great deal about the residents of Villa Hills.
