While what happened tonight may not represent the beginning of the end for the mismanaging Martin's "Reign of Error", it certainly represents the end of the beginning-with all due respect to Winston Churchill.
Special thanks needs to go to Villa Hills resident Tom Wenning. Mr. Wenning organized the meeting and served as its gracious host. We hope Mr. Wenning continues his efforts. They will be crucial in the effort to bring positive change to the embattled City.
There was a touching moment when former Councilman Scott Ringo read a warm message from Chief Goodenough. The Chiefs words were brave, appreciative and moving. It elicited thunderous applause from the huge crowd.
Tonight's attendees were encouraged to become "politically active" and to remember to "take local elections seriously". They were also advised to be respectful and polite when they attend any meeting where the malevolent Martin is also in attendance. Why? Because Martin signed an Executive Order granting himself the unprecedented power to have "dissidents" arrested.
Current councilmembers spoke openly of their frustrations trying to somehow seek compromise with the dictatorial Martin. They admitted that they have been threatened by Martin and his personal-and now taxpayer-funded City-Attorney Toad V. McMurtry (of the real estate law firm of Gerner and Kearns).
Our reporters tell us that there was a great deal of discussion about Martin's LIE that "all the shifts are covered". After all, how can a group of only five dedicated men cover 168 hours of necessary coverage when the LYING Martin only allows them to provide 200 total hours of total coverage? There is no time left for court, training, shift changes, vacation, and sick time. This horrible Martin LIE leaves the City bare to all manner of criminal activity.
Our newshounds saw first-hand what is also going to happen in the coming election. Namely, the TRUTH will be told. Former Assistant Chief Joe Schutzman-freed from Martin's oppressive order that prohibits City employees from speaking with the media- spoke openly about Martin's mistreatment of the local police department. Guess how many times Martin spoke to Schutzman about the concerns the tiny tyrant had about overtime? Once. When was that? When Martin, Toad V. McMurtry and that well-documented trouble-maker City Clerk and ersatz City Clerk Craig T. Bohman dropped in on Schutzan to fire him.
We learned from several people who attended the meeting that Martin LIED to their face in 2010, offering a solemn pledge to repeal THE UNFAIR $40 PER CAR STICKER TAX. That is no surprise given the fact that all that the misdirecting Martin does is LIE. All you need to know that everyone in Villa Hills CONTINUES TO PAY THE UNFAIR $40 PER CAR STICKER TAX nearly three and a half years after the mismanaging Martin eked out his razor-thin mayoral victory.
The reporters we sent brought back the not-at-all-surprising news that former Villa Hills Councilman Mike Pope may have actually broken the law when he announced that he "would not vote to remove Martin from office" at the diminutive dictator's October, 2012 removal hearings. Why? Because Pope said in advance of the hearing that it didn't matter to him what the evidence was. We thank God that Pope is gone and hope he stays "gone".
Our reporters brought back one incredible revelation as well. The mendacious Martin was at the Civic Club-of course, where else?-discussing confidential details of his charges against Police Chief Dan Goodenough. Our legal team says that Martin committed an egregious error when he did that.
In point of fact, Martin violated the law-no real surprise there-when he did that. What Martin did is strictly Verboten. Prohibido. Vietato. Interdit. Forbjuden. Kielletty. Zakazany. Interzis. Yasak.
Okay, we know. Martin barely has a grasp of the English language. So we doubt that Martin understands German, Spanish, Italian, French, Swedish, Finnish, Polish, Romanian or Turkish. So, we will put in terms Martin himself would use. He stepped in a big pile of doo-doo when he shot his stupid yap off.
The Sensible Citizen Group plans to continue and expand. We applaud them for their efforts. The Civic Club ass hats shouldn't have the stage all to themselves, after all.
