The Martin Chronicles understands Councilman Greg Kilburn's worry. He staggered to the 2010 finsh line a scant 6 votes ahead of the seventh place finisher. But he remained on council.
However, he has now alienated his voting base by pandering to Mayor Mike Martin's "hillbilly lynch mob". How? He expressed a willingness to force council to share in the blame for Martin's $150,000 overtime screw-up.
