The Martin Chronicles suggests Villa Hills' residents set aside Councilman Greg Kilburn's mindless mea culpa, trying to straddle the fence on Martin's mismanagement of the $150,000 in unneccessary Police overtime.
Martin's pathetic attempt to share blame for his squandering of tax dollars was rejected by a majority of council. He must now finally take the responsibility for his dictatorial management approach.
If he goes through with his threatened lay-offs, there will be hell-and more lawsuits-for the taxpayers to cover.
