I would like a list of all companies the city paid for services rendered. This list should include all companies that did and did not receive a 1099. If a list of companies is not available I would like copies of all 1099's that were sent. I would like the above information for the years 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007.

Okay, does anyone still believe that the recent request sent to the State Auditor to investigate only the overtime pay of Assistant Chief Joe Schutzman really came from some anonymous concerned citizen? Given the persistent pattern of behavior we have seen exhibited by Martin and his hillbilly lynchmob now for years, a reasonable person could suspect Martin knows full well who the anonymous concerned citizen is.
Is this how a mayor and his goon squad should be spending their time? Don't the residents-even those who voted for the mallet-headed Martin-deserve better than this?
Is this what all of those voters who elected an entirely new council to surround the mismanaging Martin wanted? Instead of Martin's "Golden Moment", we've actually seen an increase in the deceit, deception and duplicity.
And its costing the taxpayers a fortune.
