For those who read our breaking news flashes and/or saw the reports on WCPO yesterday and this morning, you know Martin has revealed himself to be what The Martin Chronicles already knew he is. That would be? An unintelligent, thuggish megalomaniac. To all those Martinites who just winced, too bad.
Let's walk through it yet again:
- Martin LIED to the voters in the 2010 election.
- Martin has been LYING to councilmembers since Day One.
- Martin improperly destroyed City property.
- Martin improperly used City equipment and personnel. In fact he was reprimanded by the Ethics Board for that piece of nonsense.
- Martin improperly refused-and continues to refuse-to follow the State Open Records Statutes.
- Martin LIED to the voters in the 2011 election.
- Martin improperly destroyed City records. Not once. Not twice. Multiple times. As it turns out, Martin even LIED to Judge Patricia Summe when he assured her that he would stop improperly destroying City records.
- Martin has LIED to the public about Special Counsel's investigation. How so? Martin claims that the cost of Special Counsel's investigation is City Council's fault. Hillbilly Hogwash! Martin is the one who has dragged out something for a year that could have been over in a week.
- We have just learned that a private detective has just been hired to investigate whether or not Martin CONSPIRED with certain, well-known County officials to have a City employee arrested. We'll keep you posted.
IF Martin has done nothing wrong he would logically welcome the removal hearing. Why? Because then the hearing would explode in the face of his council "enemies". The election of the entire "Let's Save Shorty's Biscuits" ticket of Dale Schaber, Mary Koening, Holly B. Isenhour-Menninger, Brian Wischer, Herman Goering and Jim Cahill would be virtually assured. SO WHY HASN"T MARTIN JUST TOLD THE TRUTH?
And why would City Council push so hard for the hearing IF THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF MARTIN'S MISCONDUCT? Think about it. The four incumbents who voted for the investigation are the only incumbents standing for re-election. Jim Noll is off tilting at windmills and the daffy Mike Pope is running for the tall grass.
Martin may have also just walked into an obstruction of justice problem. Instead of showing up drunk at council meetings, staggering to the podium and threatening councilmembers with gun violence, perhaps some of these fanatical Martinites should ask their hero to quit wasting taxpayer money and TELL THE TRUTH.
