The Martin
Chronicles witnessed a few interesting tidbits that surfaced during last night’s
monthly SECRET MEETING.

Martin now
claims he wants to pay an outside consulting firm THOUSANDS OF YOUR TAX DOLLARS to hire a consulting firm to provide
cover for his SECRET PLAN TO DISBAND
YOUR POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Vile ancient crocodile Councilman Mary Koenig now admits that she believes she was
elected to outsource(LESS SAFE)
police protection for you.
·
Martin has
now been advised by “his attorney” (READ: TOAD MCMURTRY, THE ATTORNEY YOU ARE NOW PAYING FOR) to
stop giving on-camera interviews to the press.

It is now
quite apparent Martin is successfully stringing councilmen Jim Cahill and Rod
Baehner along, fooling them in to believing he is having substantive talks
about hiring an eighth officer. All the while the skids are being greased to
disband the police department. Hello, is anybody
in there?

The thin-skinned Martin is now even snapping at
people who were on “THE TICKET TO SAVE
SHORTY’S HIDE” last fall. At one point during the SECRET MEETING Martin rose up out of his chair and leaned into one
of the ticket members, chiding the councilmember for daring to question the
authority of “The Superior”.
We hope that
the civic club ass clowns who foolishly believed Martin and that nitwit EDDIE are now happy with the turmoil they have helped bring to everyone in
their embarrassed burg.
Now,
on to our feature story:
The Martin
Chronicles remembers the first time we heard the dishonest reference to pay
properly earned and received by Detective Schutzman “a bonus”. We heard Villa
Hills’ malfeasant Mayor Mike Martin’s personal attorney-now also Martin’s TAXPAYER-FUNDED
City Attorney-Toad McMurtry falsely describe Schutzman’s pay as “a bonus”
when he was examining Police Chief Dan Goodenough at Martin’s removal hearing
last October.
That
deceitful “bonus” myth continues to be perpetuated by others. Do you want some
examples?

Jim Noll wrote about that “bonus” myth in a recent mean-spirited guest column
in the quaint weekly newspaper. Then vile ancient crocodile Councilman Mary
Koenig’s husband Mike was spouting the same “bonus” myth to the wrong person
while he was busy SLANDERING
Detective Schutzman. Rut-roh.
It’s time
for a refresher course. The Martin Chronicles has reconfirmed with its sources
in Frankfort that the Kentucky Department of Labor took a close look at
Detective Schutzman’s overtime pay. The result of their examination? The Labor
department conclusively determined that Schutzman was indeed owed the money
that resulted from Martin’s gross mismanagement. They even warned Martin of the
dire consequences of his refusal to pay the City employee for time worked.
So why is Martin’s goon squad pushing the “bonus” myth? That’s simple. First, to help paper over the mismanaging Martin’s inept mishandling of YOUR TAX DOLLARS. Secondly, to build hatred for the police department. Why would any sane person do that? Well, no one is claiming these people are sane. But they are promoting Martin’s SECRET PLAN TO DISBAND THE VILLA HILLS POLICE DEPARTMENT. How? That’s fairly obvious. These goons are attempting to build resentment against the police department with their treachery.
Rest assured that it is going to get a whole lot worse before there is any chance that it will get better. The next chance the voters will have to eliminate the root cause of all of the problems in Villa Hills City government-read Martin-will be on November 4, 2014. They must send Martin, McMurtry, Bohman and the rest of Martin’s goon squad packing. Or be prepared to face the consequences.
