The Martin Chronicles Kenton County Courthouse sources have confirmed that Villa Hills malfeasant Mayor Mike Martin did file his paperwork on Friday to stand for re-election. We aren't sure if the tiny tyrant is still working on City Administrator/City Clerk Craigory Bohman's house on Riggs Avenue as well.
