Somebody Should Ask
The Martin Chronicles thinks one of Villa Hills malfeasant Mayor Mike Martin's councilmembers should ask him how long the residents of the embarrassed town have been served by the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission's Code Enforcement Board.
