In the twisted mind of Villa Hills’
malfeasant Mayor Mike Martin, you must accept the following Martin lies:
·
Despite the
fact that the Supreme Court of the United States has definitively ruled absolutely-with no margin left for any rational debate-otherwise, that Martin was not suing you for $1.505 Million. But of course he was.
·
Despite the
fact that four respected judges clearly opined otherwise, the fact that Martin signed a deceased
person’s name on that deceased person’s checks and pocketed the proceeds that
resulted from the cashing of those checks, he did not commit forgery. But of course he did.
·
Despite the
fact that it has been revealed that Martin planned to disband the Villa
Hills Police Department since at least 2010, that the diminutive dictator had no plans to disband the aforementioned Villa
Hills Police Departments and simply believed that “we all have to learn to work
together”. But of course he did have such plans.
·
Despite the
fact that the civic club ass-clowns were at best negligent in their self-proclaimed ignorance of the now adjudicated
certainty that hundreds of thousands of dollars were being embezzled from their
treasury over a period of several years, they strongly supported the
mallet-headed Martin his 2010 dirtbag mayoral campaign only because of their
dishonest claims that he was nothing more than an innocent victim-just as they
claim they are-of dark forces attempting to derail his “good government”
efforts. But of course that was a total fabrication.
·
Despite the
fact that Martin told the dinosaur media that he was perfectly fine with his decision to illegally destroy City
property, he had absolutely nothing
to do with the Public Work’s Director destruction of that aforementioned City
property. But of course he did.
·
Despite the
fact that Martin directly ordered the Public Works Director to illegally
burn City records and to not tell absolutely anyone of that illegal destruction of City records, that the
miniature mullah had nothing to do
with that clearly proven illegal destruction of City records. But of course he did.
·
Despite the
fact that all manner of
documentation clearly proves otherwise, Martin was not really guilty of seven counts of official misconduct and
neglect of duty. At least thanks to inexplicable votes by former councilmembers
Mike Pope and Jim Noll. But of course he was.
·
Despite the
fact of Martin’s clearly-proven inability to even effectively and honestly
manage a children’s’ lemonade stand, that the election of a new council in 2012
would usher in some bogus “Golden Moment” that would somehow demonstrate Martin’s
true governing capabilities. In an odd way, it most certainly has.
·
Despite the
fact that statements have been made and documents have surfaced clearly
proving otherwise, Martin had no idea that his
mismanagement of City personnel and payroll would ultimately lead to six
figures worth of unnecessary, taxpayer-funded overtime expenses. But of course he knew.
·
Despite the fact that Martin himself used
taxpayer money to hire several attorneys to initiate all manner of costly legal
actions against residents, employees and City entities, and to launch bizarre
and costly investigations in to investigations of investigations, Martin is in no way responsible for the necessity for a ONE HUNDRED
AND THIRTY-EIGHT PERCENT INCREASE in taxpayer-funded legal fees in the City
Budget. But of course he is completely responsible.
Now
new litigation and complaints have been filed against Martin, his wife Janet
and City Clerk Craig T. Bohman for allegedly participating in a conspiracy that
allegedly also includes “others not yet known”. Just how much will this fiasco
cost the taxpayers?
There are several facts previously
reported by The Martin Chronicles that don’t bode well for the taxpayers of
Villa Hills:
·
We have shown you e-mails to other Cities showing
Janet Martin’s efforts to dig up imaginary “dirt” on Assistant Chief Joe
Schutzman and-for reasons only known to
Mrs. Martin-Assistant Chief Joe Schutzman’s then-minor son, Joey.
·
We have shown you a statement made by City
Clerk Craig T. Bohman alleging that he was the victim of “selective traffic
enforcement” by Assistant Chief Joe Schutzman. Interestingly, Bohman’s
statement was made only after
Schutzman challenged Martin’s suspension of the Assistant Chief in May of 2013.
The Martin Chronicles has also reported to you that City Clerk Craig T. Bohman
had only never even received a
traffic ticket from Assistant Chief Schutzman; Bohman had never even been pulled over by Assistant Chief Schutzman. It’s
going to be highly entertaining to hear the explanation for this wild claim.
·
We have reported to you that-despite the fact
that he is statutorily designated as the Custodian of Records for the City of
Villa Hills-City Clerk Craig T. Bohman mailed an Open Records request to Police
Chief Dan Goodenough seeking building and zoning records compiled by Assistant
Chief Joe Schutzman. At best, Bohman’s actions are damned hard to explain.
In
reality, Martin is simply being hoist by his own petard. Martin defended his now-we-know-totally-without-merit $1.505
million lawsuit against Police Chief Dan Goodenough, Assistant Chief Joe
Schutzman and-as you should now finally
understand-the taxpayers of Villa Hills during his dirtbag 2010 mayoral
campaign by saying, “Isn’t it great that we live in a country where you have
the right to defend your good name”. So now, Assistant Chief Joe Schutzman is
defending his rightfully-earned good name against the malevolent Martin, Martin’s
wife Janet, City Clerk Craig T. Bohman and “others yet unknown.”
What a country!
